Breakdowns
UK breakdowns
All new cars are covered
by a breakdown service provided by the manufacturer for
a limited period. For details of your own cover period,
and the appropriate telephone number, please refer to
the Manufacturer’s Driver Handbook. Lookers
Leasing have made arrangements with AA Fleet Service to
provide a fully comprehensive breakdown service once the
manufacturer’s own cover has expired.
This cover includes:
1. Roadside Assistance
2. At Home Service
3. Recovery to the nearest franchised dealership
When the manufacturer
cover has expired please contact AA Fleet Service on the
following telephone number – 0800 424151 and quote
Account Number 47924. You should advise the operator
that you are driving a Lookers Leasing vehicle.
If your contract does not include this service, the AA
will attend but the costs will be recharged to your
company together with an administration fee.
European breakdowns
Check the Driver Handbook
to establish whether the manufacturer’s scheme includes
PAN European breakdown cover. The Bramall & Jones
standard cover is for UK only, and we strongly recommend
that you take out breakdown cover for your European
travel. Please also refer to the section on
Foreign Travel later in this Guide.
