End of contract
Approximately three months
before the end of contract, a member of the Lookers
Leasing sales team will contact your company to discuss
renewal arrangements. We will arrange to collect your
current vehicle at the same time that your new vehicle
is delivered. Our Sales Administration team will contact
you approximately 7 days prior to the exchange to
confirm arrangements. The driver collecting the vehicle
will complete an appraisal check list outlining the
vehicle’s condition. You will be asked to confirm the
appraisal by signing the check list. On its return
Lookers Leasing will carry out a detailed
inspection of the vehicle to determine the costs of any
replacement items, repairs or rectification work
necessary to return the vehicle to the condition
criteria detailed in the BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear Guide.
Purchase of your
vehicle
Should you, a member of
your family, or a friend, wish to purchase your vehicle
at the end of its contract, we will be happy to supply
you with a very competitive purchase price. Please
contact Fleet Administration on 01423 853011 one month
prior to the vehicle’s scheduled return date and have
the following information available:
1. Registration number
2. Current mileage
3. Name of person intending to purchase and relationship
to hirer
4. Details of any speedometer changes
Please note that, due to
taxation considerations your vehicle cannot be purchased
by your company or any director or officer of your
company. Vehicles will be sold without warranties other
than those implied by law and any residual manufacturer
warranties applicable. |
