4 - Parking fines

As the driver of the vehicle you are responsible for the payment of any parking fines which may arise. If payment is not made, Lookers Leasing will provide the appropriate local authority with details enabling them to redirect the fine to your employer. In certain circumstances we may be required to pay the fine, and then we will recharge the costs to your company together with an administration fee.

5 - Congestion charges

Owing to the nature of congestion charging, Lookers Leasing are obliged to pay the fine immediately and recharge the amount, together with an administration fee, back to the customer who may pass those charges back to the driver. Lookers Leasing are unable to contest any disputed congestion charges – these must be retrospectively appealed by the employer.
